What to Bring: Gym/turf shoes

Parents: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early if this is your athlete’s first time at The Mound so we can have a parent/guardian complete the required waiver. After drop-off, parents are free to leave and return for pickup promptly at 12:00 PM. Thank you for helping us keep sessions running smoothly!

Athlete Performance Group

Designed to help athletes become faster, stronger, and more explosive on the field. This small-group training session focuses on speed, agility, coordination, balance, and athletic movement patterns that translate directly to softball performance. Athletes will build confidence, improve overall athleticism, and develop the physical foundation needed to compete at a higher level.

Session Includes:

  • Speed & Agility Training

  • Athletic Movement Development

  • Coordination & Balance Work

  • Strength & Conditioning Fundamentals
