Ages 11+ · Tuesdays 7:00–8:00 PM · 6 hitters max
For the hitter who already has a swing and wants to know what it’s actually doing.
Most of the hour is the work that matters: fundamentals and tee work, building a repeatable, efficient swing. Then every hitter takes 10 to 20 tracked swings on Rapsodo each session, with exit velocity and launch angle on the screen.
That’s the part that changes things. Instead of me telling her a swing felt better, the numbers tell both of us. When we adjust something, we see within a handful of reps whether it actually worked or whether it just felt different. The data checks the work — it doesn’t replace it.
This matters most at this age, because the swing that produced hits at ten usually stops producing them at thirteen. She leaves with a baseline she can measure against all season.
Six hitters maximum.
Six weeks: Nov 10, 17, 24 and Dec 1, 8, 15
$195 for all six sessions — $32.50 per one-hour session
Spots are held for the full six weeks, so there’s no prorating for missed sessions.
Ages 7–10 · Tuesdays 6:00–7:00 PM · 6 hitters max
This is the age where a swing gets built, or where bad habits get baked in. Six weeks on the pieces most young hitters never get taught cleanly: grip and stance, loading and striding on time, and a bat path that actually works.
We move at her pace — tee work first, then front toss, then live as she’s ready. The goal isn’t a hard-hit ball in week one. It’s a swing she can repeat without thinking about it, because that’s the one that holds up in a game.
Six hitters maximum, so every swing gets watched and corrected instead of her waiting in line for a turn.

For softball pitchers ages 6-11 wanting to learn internal rotation form of pitching.
She’s throwing, she wants to get better, and nobody has taken the time to build her mechanics in the right order.
We start with the pieces most young pitchers never get taught cleanly: how she sets up on the rubber, how she holds the ball, where her weight goes, and where her stride actually lands. From there we build the arm circle and a consistent release point, then work on repeating it — because a motion that only works when she’s fresh and thinking hard about it isn’t finished.
Six pitchers maximum. Same night and time every week: 4:00-5:00 pm. No catcher needed
Ages 12+ · Thursdays 6:00–7:00 PM · Six pitchers max
This group is for the pitcher who already has a delivery and wants more out of it. Most pitchers at this age aren’t leaving velocity on the table because they aren’t strong enough — they’re leaving it in a sequence that fires in the wrong order.
The work lives in four places: driving off the rubber with the lower half instead of reaching with the arm, getting real separation between the hips and the shoulders, letting the arm whip through internal rotation at release rather than muscling the ball, and cleaning up the arm path so nothing bleeds off speed on the way down.
Every session is radar-tracked. She sees her own numbers each week, which does two things — it tells us whether a change actually worked, and it keeps her honest about effort on the reps that matter.
The six weeks progress. Arm care is built into every session. Throwing harder is only an improvement if she can still do it in May.
